If any goods supplied by Life-Gear.com are found to be unsatisfactory, the item(s) in question can be sent to the address below for a thorough examination and inspection by a trained engineer. Please be sure to read this policy IN FULL before commencing the warranty claim process.

Before pursuing a warranty claim, you will need to acquire an Authorised Returns number (which must be present on the front of the product upon return). To obtain an Authorised Returns number, please email warranty@life-gear.com with your order reference number and reason for returning.

If we conclude that you have a valid warranty claim, we will carry out all repairs and return the goods to you as soon as possible. If you return an item that is not under warranty, we’ll send you a written quote for the required repair work.

Please bear in mind:

  • We at Life-Gear.com are not liable for any loss of business that you encounter due to a product failure.
  • Some of our products carry longer manufacturer’s warranties, and our guarantee is intended to give you additional piece of mind. Life-Gear.com’s guarantee is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • As stated in our Terms, if a product is returned with a fault / issue that is not a manufacturing defect but damage resulting from overloading, wear and tear or general misuse, your warranty claim will be invalid and you may have to pay an additional service charge (as well as the carriage cost involved in sending the goods back to you). We are not responsible for arranging collection / return of products not covered by our warranty policy.
