Arborist Harnesses range from sit and leg loop harnesses, leg loop harnesses are more comfortable if a lot of canopy movement is necessary. Sit harnesses are usually more preferable if climbers are hanging free for a long period of time due to the additional support, acting like you are sat in a swing. Unfortunately, sit harnesses are known for pushing your hips and legs together, this can constrict movement especially over long periods of suspension.
