The Petzl Left-Handed Ascension handled rope clamp is designed for rope ascents. The toothed cam includes a self-cleaning clot optimizing performance under many conditions, such as dirty or frozen ropes. Over moulded grip enables an ergonomic design that creates a powerful grip when pulling with one or two hands.

- Rope compatibility: 8 - 13mm
- A large lower hole for easy attachment of up to two carabiners for a lanyard and foot loop
- Large opening enables climbers to easily grasp the Ascension with thick gloves
- The safety catch is designed to prevent snagging by being completely integrated into the body of the ascender.
- Upper hole enables a carabiner to be attached
- Complies with CE EN 567, CE EN 12841 type B, EAC, NFPA 1983 Technical Use.
